Terms & Conditions: Upon interacting with this website https://www.ashleymillerbird.com or using the services, including booking a reading or consultation, you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined herein. The terms and conditions are as follows:

Solicitation: I do not solicit. I will not call you or email you for a reading unless you have requested it. There are many scammers and identity thieves out there. I will only contact you via my website or email at ashleymillerbird@gmail.com. Please beware of imposters.

Refunds: No refunds.

Payment & Cancellations: All readings must be booked and paid for in advance. If you cannot keep your appointment time, you can reschedule to another date up to 24 hours before your booking. Email ashleymillerbird@gmail.com to re-schedule.

Late Policy: If you are late to an appointment no discounts or refunds will be offered. If possible I will add time to our reading if my time permits.

Age Restriction: Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Readings: I have the right to refuse service. Readings are to provide clarity, insight and guidance, but ultimately you are the master of your future. We are all beings of free will, as such our readings together are not gospel, you have the ability to change your course of action at any time.

Service: I will serve the best interests of my clients, conducting my professional activities without causing or intending to cause harm. I will treat all my clients with equal respect, regardless of one's intersecting identities or how one takes up space. We are all human, kindness is the foundation of our spirits.

Client Confidentiality: All Readings and Reiki sessions are confidential. No recordings shall be taken without prior consent; however, my clients are permitted to take notes and recommendations from our sessions. I will keep confidential the names of clients and all information shared or discussed during readings.

Recommendations: I will recommend clients consult a licensed professional for advice of a legal, financial, medical, or psychological nature that I am not qualified to provide. I strive to give my clients positive direction and guidance, to help them to find practical and sensible courses of action.
