1. Solicitation I do not engage in any form of solicitation. I will never initiate contact via phone or email to offer a reading or consultation unless you have explicitly requested it. Please be cautious of scammers and identity thieves posing as me. The only official contact methods are through this website or via email at ashleymillerbird@gmail.com.
2. Refund Policy All sales are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Please be certain of your commitment before booking.
3. Payment & Cancellations All services must be booked and paid for in advance. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you may reschedule up to 24 hours prior to your booking. To reschedule, please email ashleymillerbird@gmail.com. Rescheduling is allowed only once per booking.
4. Late Arrival Policy If you arrive late for your appointment, no discounts or refunds will be provided. If my schedule allows, I may extend our session to make up for lost time, but this is not guaranteed.
5. Age Restriction Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the session.
6. Right to Refuse Service I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason. Readings are intended to offer clarity, insight, and guidance, but you remain the ultimate authority over your future. Our sessions are not deterministic; you have the power to alter your course at any time.
7. Ethical Service Commitment I am committed to serving the best interests of my clients. My professional activities are conducted with the utmost integrity, with no intent to cause harm. I treat all clients with equal respect and dignity, honoring the diversity of identities and experiences. Kindness and empathy are at the core of my practice.
8. Client Confidentiality Confidentiality is paramount. All readings and Reiki sessions are private. No session will be recorded without prior mutual consent. Clients are welcome to take notes and document recommendations from our sessions. I will maintain the confidentiality of all client names and any information shared during our sessions.
9. Professional Boundaries and Recommendations I will only provide advice and guidance within the scope of my professional expertise. For legal, financial, medical, or psychological issues, I strongly recommend that clients consult with a licensed professional. My role is to offer positive direction and guidance, helping you to find practical and sensible courses of action.
10. Disclaimer All readings and consultations are for entertainment purposes only. The insights provided are not a substitute for professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions following a session.
